Richa’s practical views and planned approach earned her a promotion in the eighth month of her pregnancy! We learn how she made her return to work, post pregnancy, easy and rewarding.

"People were laughing about how my son would be a PMI from day one." As a mother-to-be for the first time, Richa was uneasy about working. So she took a break in her seventh month.
